A nice selection of birds at Manor Farm tonight, although no new waders
in.
Best of the bunch were 3 GARGANEY (1f 2imm) and the rather smart juvenile MEDITERRANEAN GULL which has been regular over the past week or so.
Waders were all
long stayers: the male RUFF, 3 adult Dunlin, 2 RP, 4 juvenile LRP, 1 Common Redshank, 7 Green
Sandpipers and 4 Common Sandpipers
11 Swift drifting east with c65 House Martin were
a pleasant surprise too.
