After a disappointing walk from Lodge Lake to Bancroft (Only birds of
note
were a few Swifts in) I arrived back to great Holm I stood on the
junction
of Attingham Hill and Gatcome and packed away my bins when I
spotted a large
raptor high in the sky. I quickly unpacked my bins again
an there was an
OSPREY drifting slowly over! It headed off towards CMK
area so keep your
eyes peeled at large water bodies guys (Ashley
Beolens)
